Because of its unusual foliage this tomato plant is being culled. Its foliage may be an indication of a disease known as CMV ~ Cucumber Mosaic Virus ~ which is transmitted by aphids. By immediately culling an off-type plant, the risk of transferring its problems to other plants in the garden is hugely reduced. Also, it will not be able to pass its genetics onto the next generation.
