Snapdragons, or Snaps--as my mother called them--are a bushy plant with lovely bi-colored flowers. The flower above is a blend of warm orange and blush pink. The flower colors are a full range excluding blue and the darkest violet tones. Snapdragons are a good cut flower. This plant is usually grown as an annual but can be perennial in zones seven and warmer. Snaps prefer full sun to part shade and tolerate poor soil. Increase by cuttings or seed.
