Annual Crego Giant Asters are a favorite for cut-flower bouquets. Huge chrysanthemum-like shaggy blossoms are held high above the foliage on long stiff stems. Plant height is typically two feet, but can be taller. The flower colors include white, pink, deep rose and purply-blue. Crego Giant is easy from seed and a good choice for beginner gardeners. Asters prefer full sun and an amended soil, water in drought. Increase by seed.
