ATTENTION!
As of March 1, 2009, all Your Choice Tomato SASE requests must contain a printout of this dated page. Please use the form to fill in your six first-choice tomato selections and the four default choices. If you would like WinterSown to select tomatoes for you then do not fill in the form, however you must still send a printout of this page with your SASE.
If more than seven days lapse between the printout calendar date and the USPS cancellation date the request is invalid.
Any SASE sent without this page printout will not be honored and will be returned with a consolation packet and reminder that the page printout is needed to receive seeds.
